Overview
The chosen Pre-Sales Engineers will be joining a dynamic Pre-Sales engineering team with significant work variety and the opportunity to engage with a richly diverse set of global customers and distribution partners.
The Roles
- In these roles you will build extensive customer relationships, technically qualify opportunities and help drive key projects globally. In addition, you will be an advocate for the customer, contributing to Sales/Business Development and Product Managementgroups.
- The role requires Pre-Sales Engineers who are driven to provide the best customer experience throughout the sales cycle from initial meeting through requirements capture, solution proposal, demonstration, tendering & closure.
Skills and Experience
- Customerfacing experience
- Proven Technical Pre-Sales experience
- Proposal and Tender writing experience
- Good commercial acumen
- Proven ability to confidently deliver technical presentations and demonstrate equipment to small, medium and large audiences.
- Proven ability to explain and present technical solutions
- Strong track record in relationshipbuilding (internally and externally)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to bond with technical and operational customers up to senior levels
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Possess strong problemsolving skill
- Android, Cloud/ SaaS, AWS, Enterprise Mobility Management
- A Technical qualification
