Temp-Perm - Braintree - Ongoing Training - Immediate starts
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a market leader in their field based in Braintree, Essex.

We are looking for a Factory Worker who has previous experience within a factory/manufacturing environment.


This is a great opportunity to join a company on an temporary to permanent basis, where you will get fully trained on the machine operating of industry specific machinery.


Duties of the Factory Worker will include:

  • Loading and unloading deliveries
  • Ensure good housekeeping at all times sweeping, emptying bins, clearing areas.
  • General Labouring
  • Assisting skilled operators in their roles
  • Work in a safe and efficient manner
  • Work to company targets
  • All other factory duties as required

The ideal applicant:


  • Previous factory/production/engineering experience
  • Able to complete manual handling tasks
  • Excellent level of English reading and writing and Maths skills
  • An in date Counterbalance Forklift Licence would be an advantage

Hours & Pay:


  • Monday to Friday
  • 07:00 15:00
- £10.42ph (increase once perm)

  • Temp-Perm role
