Servoca resourcing is a recruitment organisation that specialises in placing people in to temporary and permanent roles within the resettlement and rehabilitation sector.


One of my Housing clients are looking for a support worker for a housing management worker to cover Doncaster, East Riding, Lincolnshire and Scunthorpe.

This role is working with people that are at risk of homelessness in self-contained accommodation. You'll be working as part of a team to manage a portfolio of properties and tenancies.


Duties:


  • Supporting tenants to manage their tenancies and assisting them with housing benefit claims
  • Making sure correct tenancies are issued, sign up new tenancies and ensure your caseload understand the tenancy obligations
  • Completing Health and Safety checks
Experience Required

  • Previous experience of working in housing management work
  • Ability to drive and access to a car
  • Previously worked in a support role and helped customers to achieve independence


You will be required to have a DBS Check for this role prior to starting, it is essential that you're a car driver for this role.
