Your role

Do you have a strong background in Electronic Fixed Income? Are you an outcomes and impact driven individual? Do have a clear vision of what a highly performant Electronic Rates business entails?
We're looking for an Electronic Rate Sales person to:
Provide electronic sales coverage for our EMEA Rates client base
Form strong relationships with the electronic trading platforms, be well informed about new FinTech in the space, and have a strong understanding of market structure changes
Work in close collaboration with our voice teams (Sales & Trading) as well as our Algo Quants
Manage the endtoend client life cycle for eTrading (enablements, pricing, reviews)
Support internal projects and automation initiatives

You'll be joining a strong franchise working in the Electronic Fixed Income team in London. We provide a full range of Electronic Rates products such as Global Government Bonds and IRS. As EMEA eRates Sales, you'll play a vital role in taking our business in Fixed Income markets to the next stage of electronification
This role requires an individual who will both excel in a clientfacing role, as well as playing an important role internally, as you would be bringing together stakeholders from a number of areas.

Your expertise
- ideally minimum 5-6 years of Electronic Fixed Income sales experience
- ,experienced in Bloomberg, Tradeweb and BondVision
- strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments and strategies
- proven understanding of the regulatory environment and its effect on the electronic landscape
- adept communicator and collaborator, able to adapt style to audience.
- able to handle large data sets and extract from it trends and insights.
- a passion for following market structure developments and understanding both current and anticipated trends in Electronic Fixed Income markets and its participants
