We are strengthening our Production Planning team in the area of Electronics and ADAS at our location in Peterlee.


Your tasks:


  • Executes the customer order management process, encompassing individual customer requirements, to facilitate successful short
- and long-term planning and order fulfillment, and in pursuit of plant OTD objectives

  • Manages schedule change with customers and internally, to balance customer needs with production/material schedule stability
  • Effective communication with MPS planners, materials planning, sales, logistics, quality, finance, engineering
  • Addresses problems and concerns by investigating, analyzing, and coordinating improvement initiatives
  • Fosters excellent relationships with external customers and crossfunctional relationships internally within ZF, both in Peterlee and elsewhere

Your profile:


  • Customer Order Management experience
  • SAP R3 customer planning or similar experience
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable and flexible to support other members of the team where resource support is needed
