Digital Content Creator with proven skills in creating awesome content to lead in launching our revolutionary skincare range.

You are passionate about skincare, beauty, inclusivity and sustainability (all our values) and know how to manage social media.


What you will be doing:

• Launch a range of innovative and revolutionary skincare products.
• Develop and implement stunning social media campaigns to promote our brand and increase engagement with our target audiences via all leading platforms
• Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Driving brand awareness, growth and sales via organic and paid social media
• Managing all digital marketing channels PPC/SEO, Social and Influencer, Affiliate/Partner and Display Marketing through an agency as well as programmatic.
• You will be responsible for building and working with an influencer group, identifying potential influencers and brand ambassadors to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Managing budgets for digital marketing campaigns and continuously monitoring and optimising campaigns to achieve desired results.
• Analyse data and metrics to measure the success of PR and social media campaigns and make datadriven decisions to improve performance.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to ensure our PR and social media strategies remain effective and innovative to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant media publications and editors to increase coverage of all communications.
• Producing weekly reports for the senior management team

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years' experience in brand and product marketing in beauty or wellness
• Experience in content creation (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Experience setting up, growing and managing social media channels.
• A strong eye for detail, with a creative vision when it comes to content, social and influencers
• Excellent communication skills
• Multitasking and analytics skills
• Commercially and creatively minded

Preferred Skills:

• An agency or client background with examples.
• Experience in comarketing with retailers.
• Managing PR and building relationships with relevant media publications and editors will be a big plus.
• Experience producing press releases
• Experience in managing influencer programme
