£30,000 + Comms (DOE)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful, hard-working, and effective recruitment team.

This will be a full 360 role where you will be handed some clients to help you get your desk off the ground and grow your own desk and become an expert in your industry.

Training will be provided based on your level of experience.

The client gives every opportunity to grow and progress through transparent targets that are achievable along with great uncapped commission structure and company incentives.

About you:

1 year + of recruitment experience in the above mentioned industries. They will also consider other consultants from temp desks in the retail, hospitality and Social and Health Care sectors.
2 years of cold outreach or proven experience of growing accounts in your specialist sector.
Driven and motivated to succeed.
Career focussed with a desire to constantly progress in their role.
Experience using LinkedIn recruiter ideally, job boards and CRM proficiency.
