BIA People is a hospitality agency based in London and we currently provide temporary hospitality staff to a variety of events.

The nature of work we provide is part-time and flexible contract.

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for managing a team of retail staff that are attending to customers needs and looking after the care of your team.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

Till management and training of new starters

Product and display knowledge; food, allergens, beer, wine, soft drinks
Manage, delegate and train all level of staff reporting into you
Supporting the team and identifying the weaknesses before the service effects customer satisfaction
Dealing and having an ability to be compassionate and understanding towards customer complaints
Pushing sales and volume for client specific events
Understand the foundations of speed of service
Encouraging a great space to work in for all employees
Provide clear communication with any given instructions
The ability to jump into any role within the kiosk you will be running

You will previously have first hand experience and be able to know how to pour and serve beer, understand drinks measures, labelling of food with allergens and service of food and drink between display and customer, knowledge on tills.

Preferred experience managing small teams of staff in retail kiosk units/small bar or food stalls would be desirable.

You must hold the below qualifications and knowledge

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 12 months

Part-time hours: 8 per week

Salary:
£12.50-£15.00 per hour

Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
