N2 Consult - Credit Controller - Reading - Permanent, Full-time, £24,000 to £28, days in the office, 2 days working remote - Debt collection, raising and processing sales invoices and cash allocation

IN2 Consult are currently supporting a rapidly growing business within the financial services sector with the recruitment of a permanent Credit Controller.

This role will be working in a team of 20 credit controllers, and will be looking after the debt collectionfor a specific client ledger.

Key duties for this Credit Controller vacancy:

Responsible for the posting of cash against the portfolio
Have a basic understanding of the business when chasing debts
Manage a portfolio of fullservice clients
Performing full chase on each client each month
Verifying debts on the system when chasing
Agreeing repayment plans where appropriate
Recommending accounts for solicitors where appropriate
Dealing with customer collections within the system
Setting up and maintaining client files for credit control purposes
Communicate regularly with clients and provide written updates if issues arise

Key experience required for this Credit Controller vacancy:

1-4 years credit control experience
Ideally B2B credit control experience
Good end to end credit control knowledge
Ability to work well within a team
