Scruffy Dog Creative Group is a global entertainment design & realisation company.


We are experts in Experience Design and Creative Build for Theme Parks, Waterparks, Resorts, Attractions, Water parks, Museums, Live & Experiential Events and TV & Film.


Our award-winning, multi-disciplinary team of talented individuals come from the biggest names in the creative industry, from Walt Disney Studios, Universal Studios, The Lego Group, to Warner Bros., and Merlin Entertainments.

We currently operate from studios in London, and Barcelona. We also operate a creative build Production facility which is based in Birmingham, UK.

Due to expansion, we are now looking for a Junior creative writer to join our Studio.


We are looking for:


We are recruiting a Junior Creative Writer with a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive under pressure.

The Junior Creative Writer will be responsible for constructing copy for our live projects and also proposing narrative concepts to feed into our ideation workshops.

Additionally, they will play an important role in assisting the marketing department.

You must be able to work well on your own and feed into the creative discussions as part of a wider team.

Due to the nature of the industry, we often have quick turnarounds on projects, so any changes suggested by our creative directors should be implemented in a timely manner.

We are looking for a highly talented creative individual who:

  • Has an interest in the entertainment industry, specifically themeparks and resorts (gaming would also be advantageous)
  • Has evidence of writing experience (links to published work would be advantageous).
  • Has an ability to think outside the box and is highly conceptual with fresh ideas
  • Is proactive with an ambition to push creative boundaries
  • Is resilient with the ability to accept constructive feedback.
  • Has basic computer skills.
A degree in writing, communication, language, marketing, or similar.
