Are you looking for a meaningful and fulfilling role in education?

A secondary school located on the outskirts of High Wycombe is currently seeking a Support Teacher to work with children who require additional support in their learning.

Located in a serene and charming village, this role offers a picturesque and tranquilwork environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support and guidance to children with diverse learning needs, helping them reach their full potential.
Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging and interactive learning activities.
Track and monitor the progress of each child, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting good behaviour and selfesteem.
Work with other stakeholders, such as parents, to ensure that each child's needs are fully met.

Requirements:

A passion for working with children who require additional support and a dedication to helping them reach their full potential.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
A patient and empathetic nature, with the ability to remain calm and positive in challenging situations.
Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous experience working with children who require additional support is desirable, but not essential.
