*Customer Service Advisor**Full time, Customer Service Advisor Mon-Fri.

We are looking for an individual who can provide a positive customer experience based on Sleep.8 Values.

You will be assisting the Order Management & Customer Service Manager by upholding an outstanding customer experience for our SLEEP.8 Audience.

Providing a positive customer service aftersales experience, Investigating, and resolving customer complaints and making sure orders are fulfilled. Competitive salary & bonus.

*What the role entails*- Enforcing excellent customer services aftersales

Responding to customers in a timely manor
Insuring stores are correctly placing orders
Inputting sales on our designated system
Sending out sample requests
Ensure all outstanding balances are paid
Booking customers deliveries
Keeping sensitive and financial information confidential

Experience:

Customer service: 1 Year + Required
