Our client is a thriving management consulting start-up dedicated to setting global standards in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Relationship (Delivery) Lead located in the London Area, United Kingdom.

The Client Relationship (Delivery) Lead will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our HR and DEI solutions to clients and ensuring that they receive high-quality service.

This includes managing client relationships, coordinating team members, and driving results.

Skills and Experience

Strong organisational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in clientfacing roles
Experience in HR, Learning and Development within an organisational context
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in managing client relationships and delivering highquality service
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

Benefits

Up to £38k per annum salary, depending on experience.
Additional bonus of up to £3,000 per annum if KPIs are achieved.

Work from home

Minimum of 2 days per week in the office (London Area) during the probationary period (and 12 days per week after 6 month probation).
28 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
