Responsibilities:

Act as one of the first points of contact for inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.

Generate leads through outbound calls, networking, and other methods, effectively identifying potential opportunities for business growth.

Provide regular reports to partners on leads and progress, ensuring transparency and accountability in the sales process.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to support them in achieving their targets, assisting with administrative tasks and coordinating efforts to maximize efficiency

Progress cases through the sales cycle, from initial contact to offer, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.


Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales is advantageous, but not required. We value individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering results.

Positive, optimistic, and energetic individuals are preferred, as we believe that a positive attitude is key to success in our fast-paced environment.

Ability to thrive in a small, tight-knit team environment, where collaboration and teamwork are essential for success.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred.

You will report directly to the partners, who will provide guidance, support, and mentorship as you grow in your role.

Benefits:

Basic salary (£1,000/month) + Commission OTE 3k.
