SAP Client Services Support Analyst - Permanent - 2 days a week Central London


A new and exciting opportunity to join a global provider of marketing solutions within the Client Services Team working as an SAP Client Services Support Analyst.


We are looking for an engaged individual who has experience of working on SAP within Finance, Production and/or Security areas resolving Level 2/3 issues regarding SAP Systems.


What will the role entail for the successful SAP Client Services Support Analyst?

  • Maintain appropriate log of issues within support software
  • Optimize issue resolution
  • Work closely within the support team
  • Actively promote the designed processes within the organization
  • Contribute to group goals as set out in the methodology
  • Actively participate in the creation of support documentation and articles
  • Participate in adhoc and ongoing support and Production/Financials projects
  • Engage and manage customer relationship at an individual and group level.

What is required for the successful SAP Client Services Support Analyst?

  • Knowledge of SAP FI, SD, MM and/or PS integration points
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or equivalent experience in SAP
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
  • Excel and Teams
  • Preferred
  • Ability to take full responsibility for tasks/tickets
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills to correctly diagnose and fix problems
  • Excellent teamworking skills

What experience is required for the successful SAP Client Services Support Analyst?

  • Previous experience in a 2nd level support role
  • Experience of working within a customized SAP solution
  • Experience in using ITSM tools
  • Preferred
