Workday Specialist (integration / functional)I have partnered with an end client who is looking to hire an workday integration lead. This role will suit someone who has experience with project implementation of workday systems into other business systems.
This role is responsible to help define, implement Workday Release Management and to ensure any system changes across the platform are evaluated, implemented and tested.
This includes all aspects of Workday Tenant Management as part of the wider ecosystem.Experience
Actively participated in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle to successfully deploy Workday, with a particular focus on integrations.
Experience with Workday HCM areas configuration experience
Workday Tenant Management & support tools (eg. TouchPoint Toolkit) experience
Partner with other team members to ensure a cross section of knowledge and that all functional module roadmaps are striving for a common goal
Drive the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance, ensuring the company requirements are met
Evaluate system modifications and enhancements
Good stakeholder engagement skills
Ensure documentation of system functions, processes and capabilities is all up to date
Workday Pro, HCM, CCTPP, CCB (Core connector benefits), LDP (Lifecycle deployment program), Workday cloud platform certification advantageous
This is permanent role based in London and offers hybrid work with a requirement of 2 days onsite, salary on offer £70,000 - £80,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.
