Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team.

As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take their food and drink orders
Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding menu items
Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
Check on guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages
Upsell additional products when appropriate
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
Knowledge of food safety practices
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Types:

Pay:
£11.43-£13.17 per hour

Experience:

Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
