Job summary

The Experience Management Office (XMO) Lead manages experience data and interfaces with the customer and delivery teams to ensure a holistic view of end-user experience across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective IT services.
  • Improve IT process performance for clients and end users.
  • Maintain matrix leadership and governance over BVMs to ensure consistent IT services.
