Sales Assistant

Location:
Croydon

Salary:
£37,000 per annum, plus OTE £45,000

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence and customer base, with a strong emphasis on sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and identify areas for growth.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential partners to maximise profitability and ensure mutual success.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development initiatives to senior management.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably within the coffee industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
Selfmotivated and goaloriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and explore new market opportunities. This role is primarily focused on sales
