CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
Greenock (Hybrid)
£10.16/ Hour
Monday

Friday

Customer service and data entry hybrid/home working role role based in Greenock office. Role involves cancelling / maintaining and updating information relating to the policies via an outlook work queue.
Monday to Friday role unless you take overtime at the weekends. Shift Pattern between 830-5 shifts at 35 hours per week. Home working available after first 2 months of training.

Demonstrate good understanding of all systems and all other associated sites
Take responsibility for your own development and aim to understand all tasks and processes
Meet targets set to you by the management team
Ensure GDPR processes are being fully followed

12 MONTH CONTRACT
Looking for someone with previous customer service or contact centre experience.
