CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
Greenock (Hybrid)
£10.16/ Hour
Monday

  • Friday
Customer service and data entry hybrid/home working role role based in Greenock office. Role involves cancelling / maintaining and updating information relating to the policies via an outlook work queue.
Monday to Friday role unless you take overtime at the weekends. Shift Pattern between 830-5 shifts at 35 hours per week. Home working available after first 2 months of training.

  • Demonstrate good understanding of all systems and all other associated sites
  • Take responsibility for your own development and aim to understand all tasks and processes
  • Meet targets set to you by the management team
  • Ensure GDPR processes are being fully followed
12 MONTH CONTRACT
Looking for someone with previous customer service or contact centre experience.
