Description
As this role will require dealing with customers face to face as well as over the phone,
excellent communication skills are a must

  • Regularly check the quality of work produced meets with the customers' requirements.
  • Liasing with couriers to ensure that the customers work is delivered in a timely manner.
  • Following and adhering to Health & Safety policies and other procedures and guidelines.
  • Previous experience of working in a similar role in a reprographics environment.
  • A good knowledge of
    Adobe Creative Suite, including
    InDesign and
    Photoshop is desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of
    large and small and
    wide format copying
  • Good finishing experience including
    small format finishing and
    large format to include mounting and
    encapsulating.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

In person
