• Checking that client orders are in place in line with quotations and that all information required to plan the works is obtained from the client at the point of booking.
• Ensuring that employees have correct inductions, qualifications and equipment prior to attending site.
• Booking inductions where required
• Processing site returns, ensure all returns received within timescales, electronic filing and maintaining records to show returns received.
• Chasing up late returns.
• Production, distribution of safe dig packs to clients.
• Quality checking safe dig packs prior to distribution.
• Maintaining accurate records for invoicing purposes
• Resource Planning

£32,121.00-£35,387.00 per year
