Key Decision Making Areas in the Role- Prioritise enquiries and problems for action or referral to more senior management.
- Interpret a range of options to identify the most effective recommendations for management action
- Identify the need for change of priorities and assess the impact on the team.
- Resolve conflicting demands on resource to meet business requirements and make provision for development needs.
- Significant budget monitoring responsibility to support processes and service level agreements.
- Management of a substantial team of administrators.
- Regular contacts with senior managers and peers in other departments to develop and maintain administrative policies, systems and procedures.
- Regular and proactive contact with Senior managers to review their business requirements and provide advice and ideas to develop their administrative service.
- Regular liaison with external customers and contacts to gather and share information.
