**INSIGHT ANALYST
UP TO £65,000 + BONUS
OXFORDSHIRE (TWICE A MONTH)**
Overview
We are currently working with a retailer on an Insight Analyst position.

You will provide insights and KPI's to allow the business to make informed decisions on strategy and progress against key targets.

The role

You will be responsible for:

Translating insights into business opportunities which can drive customer value and loyalty
Building and maintaining dashboards for business leaders
Run segmentation analysis on database to understand key driver segments and identify opportunities to enhance customer LTV and loyalty through targeted communications or other initiatives
Summarize insights from analysis and clearly communicate analytical findings in a cohesive story and articulate an argument to be presented to the business

The experience
You will ideally have some of the following experience:

3-5 years' experience
Working with Customer/Marketing Data, membership programmes/mailing lists, very relevant
SQL and Data Vis as a minimum, Power Bi preferable
Some form of advanced analytics using Python/R preferably
Experience with segmentation, lifetime value, regression etc
Salesforce (nice to have)
Very good communicator, they will be presenting insights to important nontechnical stakeholders who may not speak English as their first language.

The benefits
You will receive up to £65,000 plus other benefits including a bonus and other benefits.
