Macdonald Cardrona Hotel, Golf & Spa is a 4* property set in the heart of the Scottish Borders. Featuring 99 bedrooms, a championship golf course, and leisure club with spa. We also have a busy restaurant and lounge, 3 bars, and event capacity for up to 250 delegates.

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team This role would be ideal for someone who has good quality bar and restaurant experience, or who has worked within conference and banqueting in a branded 4* environment and is looking for their next challenge.

Using their established leadership skills they will be working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to deliver our core standards and provide our guests with a great experience every time.

Attention to detail as well as organisation skills and clear communication are a must

Joining our team will allow you the progression opportunities into management roles in the future. Due to our location, we can offer assistance to relocate with temporary live-in up to 4 weeks.
