Description

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for Advanced Practitioner Experienced Adult Social Worker required for 3 months initially to working on safeguarding adult referrals - incoming and backlog within a learning disability team.

Must have experience of the client group and experience of conducting safeguarding enquiries.

Practitioner will be based within an All Age Disability team that works with adults with a learning disability, autism and adhd and will work closely with a Safeguarding Team Leader.

Pay rate is £35 per hour.

The office base is at The Shay Stadium, Halifax. Must be prepared to be office based 3 days per week.
