Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team within Our Blackburn office.


Our first and foremost priority has always been to deliver outstanding and exceptional customer service to our customers, from initial enquiry through to delivery of goods.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic, Customer Service Co-Ordinator. You will play a crucial role in supporting the business in all aspects of customer service and support. From order acknowledgment all the way through to the customer receiving their goods.

You will be the focal point for the customer contact and responsible for obtaining and co-ordinating information into the operations team and back to the customer.


Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

  • Answer Incoming and make outbound calls.
  • To establish the customer's wants and needs.
  • Take Initiative and provide insightful advice when handling customers Queries.
  • To Deliver and communicate information needed between different areas of the business.
  • Always Maintain contact with the customer until the query is resolved.
  • Other adhoc administrative duties are required.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and provide clarity internally and externally on customer requirements.
  • Align with the wider operational team detailed information and communicate this on behalf of the team to the customer.
  • Manage Key customer accounts
  • Previous Customer Service Experience either within a call centre or retail/trade setting dealing with Trade, B2B and members of the public.
  • Confident Inbound and outbound telephone experience is essential.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team.
  • Excellent Time management and organizational skills.
  • IT proficient in MS office and Outlook
  • Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Full training will be given.

From £24,000.00 per year
