Description

Practice Accountant opportunity in the Huddersfield area. Sayjo Recruitment are recruiting for an Accounts Senior to support a wide range of clients including partnerships, sole traders to Limited companies. This is a permanent and full-time opportunity with progression, a rewarding package and a great environment.

Duties will include:_
Preparation and review of statutory and management accounts
Corporation tax entry and returns
Supervising trainee colleague and offering great mentoring
Assisting or completing client audits of which full training will be offered
Working with the Partners to build and manage a progressive and positive culture
We are looking for:_
A real ambition and commitment to be part of a successful accounting practice team
Desire to work in a widely varied general practice
Successful completion of multiple clients end of year accounts and tax compliance
QBE or ACCA/ ACA
Sage, QuickBooks, Xero and other bespoke software experience and confidence to support customers across their software
Up to date UK accounting experience
Audit experience would be beneficial

The salary will be competitive depending on the level of experience. Progression opportunities and continued training and support will be offered.
