HPC Analyst Java Developer

6 months contract - Up to £600 a day - London

Key Skills:
Java, Multithreading, Good knowledge of Spring and REST Services, Oracle

An exciting opportunity to work with a big-name client within the banking sector. The client is looking for a highly motivated and eager individual with strong communication skills, to join their team.


As the HPC Analyst Developer you will be sitting within the client's Enterprise Risk Architecture team who focus on developing models and methodologies for market and credit risks.


Location:

Marylebone with 50% hybrid working, must be eligible to work in the UK and be able to come into the office if required.


Key Experience:


  • Extensive experience using Java
  • Good knowledge of Spring and REST Services
  • Good knowledge of Oracle
  • Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle

Desirable Skills:


  • Finance/Banking Sector experience
  • Knowledge of ETL tools and techniques
  • Strong both individually and within a team
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery
