Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lesson plans.
  • Provide oneonone or small group support to students, reinforcing learning objectives.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued.
  • Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create enriching learning activities.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with children in an educational or mentoring capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamdriven environment.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or child development is a plus.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
