Hilton Coachworks is the largest independent manufacturer-approved accident repair facility in the UK, working with some of the world's most luxurious OEM's such as: Volkswagen, Audi, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes Benz, Bentley and Tesla to name a few.

Founded in 1984 by Peter Hilton. Hilton Coachworks was established, with the main aim of repairing vehicles to pre accident manufacturer standards. We ensure the use of only official manufacturer parts and procedures.

It is this partnership with OEM's that means we are one of only a few bodyshops able to offer a lifetime guarantee on our repairs, whilst remaining in the same owners hands.

We have grown steadily since this date, building a carefully curated team of automotive specialists across several markets.

Hilton Group is going through an exciting time of growth with a new state of the art facility being built on our HQ site.

We have a workforce of around 80 employees and quickly growing, based at our premises in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire, UK.

We are looking for a bright enthusiastic individual looking for there first role within the motor trade.

The role will be based within our parts department help them with there daily duties and supporting the vehicle technicians.


About the Role

  • Ensuring parts are correctly ordered to specification and checked on arrival
  • Working closely with our Vehicle Technician to ensure the correct parts are sourced
  • Maintain a tidy Parts department and workstation
  • Ensuring quality making sure parts deliveries are checked, identifying damaged parts or incorrect parts

Required Skills:


  • Good communication skills to articulate concisely with: customers, colleagues and senior management team
  • A passion for Cars. Ideal role for someone looking for a step into the motor trade
  • Attention to detail is paramount
  • Comfortable working in a very fastpaced environment
  • Team player
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Computer literate
  • Proactive following up within agreed time frames
  • You will be able to develop rapport and trust with suppliers and to resolve conflict situations calmly and reasonably

Salary:
£18,000.00-£26,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bishop's Stortford, CM23 5PN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
