Project Administrator (ESF Humber Work Pilot) 23/152

£20,250 per annum

37 hours per week

Fixed Term until 31st December 2023

About the role
This post is an ESF-funded role working on the Humber Work Experience Project.

The project involves engaging SMEs across the Humber, in order to create additional placements, internships or other activities with SMEs that enable students and graduates to gain industry-relevant experience and skills.

The post holder will provide administration support to the project team and work placement team. They will take minute meetings and enter data onto spreadsheets/databases.

They will organise, scan and file documents in relation to the project and ensure documents are produced in line with ESF guidelines.

They will be responsible for the administration of accurate and timely paperwork in order to retain a robust audit trail in accordance with the relevant bodies.
