The Customer Operations Executive - Zoopla will work in a dedicated team processing customer orders and cancellations accurately to ensure the correct service is provided as per the agreement with our customers.

This is a crucial role within the Customer Delivery department and requires excellent attention to detail, time management and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Processing customer contracts, ensuring the customer is setup correctly to benefit from our products and services, and that they're charged correctly
  • Ensuring contracts are completed as per the company's requirements
  • Complete account information changes when requested by the customer
  • Accurately processing customer cancellations as per the terms of their agreement
  • Being first point of contact with our clients to welcome them onboard
  • Liaise daily with the sales and finance departments on contractual issues for customers
  • Assist with administrative tasks and adhoc duties

Essential:


  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with high level of data entry
  • Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Excel
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure & too tight deadlines
  • Selfmotivated
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent time management

Desired:


  • Knowledge of Salesforce/CRM systems
  • Experience working within a contracts environment
