As a Caffe Marconi your primary responsibilities will include:
Preparing and cooking a variety of Pakistani halwa poori, samosa chaat ,samosas, birItami and Afghani dishes, with a focus on Namkeen Boti, Afghani Grill, Namak Mandi, Peshawari Chops, and Afghani Dum Pukht.
Ensuring the consistent quality and presentation of all dishes served to customers.
Collaborating with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials, staying true to our authentic roots.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
Managing food inventory, ensuring optimal freshness and minimizing waste.
Supervising and training junior kitchen staff members to ensure a high level of skill and expertise within the team.
Collaborating with the frontofhouse staff to ensure our customers a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
