    Description

    Principal D365 BC Dynamics Consultant

    Location: Home-based with travel to client sites or Columbus offices as required.

    Salary: Negotiable (We aim to improve your current package). Bonus available.

    Holiday: 25 days plus Bank Holidays (increasing with service).

    Medical Insurance: Yes (terms apply) plus additional health cashback plan.

    Hours: Full time (36.5 hours per week).

    Travel/Expenses: Must have a car for client site travel; expense at 45p per mile from home address (excluding travel to Columbus office within 35 miles).

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and deliver multiple major implementations (150+ days) as a lead consultant.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement D365 BC solutions.
    • Champion best practices and continuous improvement for business processes.
    • Mentor and develop team members toward becoming Trusted Advisors.
    • Ensure high‑quality delivery of functional, technical, and Power Platform components.
    • Manage client expectations and project timelines.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, with proven experience in at least three functional areas:
      • Finance Management
      • Trade & Inventory
      • Service Management
      • Manufacturing
      • Projects (Jobs)
    • Experience implementing apps from common ISVs such as Continia, InsightWorks, Tasklet, etc.
    • Strong ERP knowledge from NAV through to D365.
    • Experience implementing Microsoft Power Platform components.
    • Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
    • Curious, challenging the status quo, and focused on improvement.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Travel & Hybrid Working


    You will work remotely most days, with optional office visits or client onsite time as required. Flexibility around travel and overnight stays is expected. You may work from any UK office or from your home.
