The Best Connection Mansfield are recruiting for experienced customer service advisors with claims handling experience for our client based in NG21

MAIN REQUIREMENT - CALL HANDLING BACKGROUND / OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE

Duties:


  • Inbound & outbound calls will be the main role of the job
  • Escalating problems to other members of the team
  • Data entry / use of computer software
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • General administration duties
Problem solve
Work hard to deliver the best possible outcome
Provide the best service
Excel at building rapport with customers
Deliver a high standard of customer service and communication


Working hours:


  • Monday
  • Friday 9am 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
  • Potential over time available, paid at time and a half
Pay rate is £10.38 to begin with but can be increased following a successful probation period


A full CV will be required, followed by an interview directly with the company

Benefits & Requirements:


  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
