Following a recent migration to a new electronic platform, the eFX business is rapidly growing at ING and requires operational and technical support on a 24/5 basi

Qualification/Education
Essential:
Experience/Knowledge
Essential:
- 5 years or more operational support in an FX business environment
- Excellent knowledge of FX products and workflows
- Windows / Linux
- SQL and scripting (Python, PowerShell etc.)
Desirable:
- eFX Chain Applications
- Broadway FX, Barracuda FX OMS, 360T, Murex
- FIX Protocol
- Agile / Scrum able to work as part of a squad and understand the core rituals and way of working
- Continuous Delivery concepts and change management processes
- Incident and backlog management systems, Service-Now, Azure DevOps

- Able to work as part of a team and bring positive energy to your work
- You can explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner, demonstrating your knowledge of business processes and products, appropriate to your audience
- Analytical mindset able to breakdown issues and propose structural solutions from beginning to end
All necessary support required to meet your responsibilities such as management prioritization, staffing levels, training, shall be provided by the Company.

Incident Management
You are responsible for Level 1 and 2 support of your system - resolving Incidents as they arise, in line with ING's Incident Management processes.
Problem Management
You are responsible, together with your DEV colleagues for drafting stories (with test criteria) to resolve problems found, proposing solutions, and ensuring that those stories are placed on the backlog.
Change Management
You are responsible for ensuring that changes to your system are made in accordance with ING's Change Management processes. You will ensure that all changes are reflected in the appropriate version control and configuration management systems.
