£30,000 Pro Rata

Monday to Friday 07:30am - 16:00pm

Grafton Recruitment are working with a global leader in the gas industry that have grown through constant advances in the technological field.

About the role:

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Laboratory Technician to join the team based in Tunstall. This is a temporary role which is expected to last between 6 to 9 months.

Duties of a Senior Laboratory Technician:

Analysing and certifying specialty gas mixtures in accordance with appropriate analytical test procedures and within customer requirements.
Accountable for the release of the results accurately and in a timely manner.
Interacting with stakeholders and assisting with queries from the customers and other interested parties.
Assisting in the creation and review of SOPs across laboratory processes
Performing calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting of analytical equipment
Day to day supervision of laboratory technician(s), monitoring and ordering of laboratory consumables. management of analysis planning

Requirements:
