AJ Chambers is delighted to be working alongside an outstanding Law Firm that are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Administrator to join their HR team.
Some of the Main Duties:
- Responsible for managing the Application Tracking System.
- Assist the Graduate Recruitment Team in the organisation of vacation schemes. Attend events when required.
- Ensure the graduate recruitment website and internal hub is kept up to date. Maintain publicity at universities and careers services.
- Assist with updating our annual marketing campaign materials.
- Assist with social media channels and help in producing content for these.
- Liaise with external organisations (e.g. law societies, careers services, diversity organisations and suppliers) where appropriate.
- Any other tasks as reasonably requested by the Graduate Recruitment
- Provide support to any Graduate Recruitment Development projects as required.
