Our client, a well-respected independent Property Management firm is seeking an experienced individual to join their close-knit team and help head up their Lettings department.

This role will be varied however, the key objective will be to generate valuationleads, attend valuations and win new instructions for the Lettings side of the business.

This must be achieved whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service.

Working Days:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll be required to work Monday-Friday, some Saturdays depending on business levels.

The successful Senior Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

Basic salary of up to £25,000 DOE
Realistic OTE of £30,000+

To be considered for the Senior Lettings Negotiator role you must have:

A proven track record in winning new business in Lettings
A clear passion for the Lettings industry
Ideally knowledge of the Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire area
Career driven
A team player, but with an individual flair
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle a must

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve the following:

Identifying and generating new business and instructions
Conducting valuations
Collecting Landlord & Tenant paperwork
Adding potential landlords to the existing potential landlord database
Preparing the marketing material to list for new properties taken on
