Our Name List Screening (NLS) Data Team are working on Regulatory commitments relating to identification and remediation of critical data elements and controls, as well as the need to align to the Bank's data strategy to support the delivery and maintenance of the NLS global data quality controls framework.


You will be tasked with supporting deliverables for the Regulatory & Audit findings as well as strategic Data Improvement initiatives.

Your key responsibilities

  • Workstream Lead in delivering tactical and strategic endtoend change across Data Domain Globally using both Waterfall and Agile frameworks
  • Providing Senior Management with regular project updates including key risks and issues. Working closely with the Anti-Financial Crime Information Technology (IT) team and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Writing User Stories inconjunction with AFC IT and SMEs
  • Conducting business analysis of Strategic Infrastructure changes such as Strategic Data Quality Control
  • Conducting business analysis of all Regulatory change for Data Privacy locations
  • Run Know Your Data (KYD) on regular basis and create Project plans for continuous process improvement

Your skills and experience

  • Project or Change Management/ Delivery experience
  • Managerial and business analysis experience
  • Agile and user story writing experience and the ability to work with both business and IT stakeholders
  • Manage multiple tasks and working under pressure
  • Ability to translate a technical message to deliver to Business stakeholders
  • Educated to bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification/ work experience. Previous relevant experience with Anti-Financial Crime background
