Based at our offices in Norwich, as an Internal Sales Agent you will be a key member of our Commercial team focused on providing excellent customer service and providing support to the East Anglia region.

Key Responsibilities:

You'll be responsible for dealing with inbound enquiries from customers, offering sales admin support to external sales managers and pricing/chasing/winning orders.

Do you have?:

Sales experience
Excellent customer service skills
The ability to build rapport quickly

If you have existing experience or knowledge of the concrete industry, great, however for us that's not the be all and end all
