TSR Legal are working in partnership with a Top 100 Law Firms Cardiff office in their search for a Senior Associate Solicitor / Legal Director in Employment sector to join their team.

This client is known for it's high quality of work and the excellent case variants.

You will have to opportunity to work closely with the IP, Corporate and Restructuring & Insolvency team - offering you the chance you broaden your own knowledge.


Job Description:


In this role as a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Employment sector, you will be expected to have prior experience with another leading Regional or National firm and you can confidently produce independent high quality work.

In this senior position you will need to be confident communicating not only with your internal team but also with your clients.

This will come in the way of maintaining and improving client working relationships for the firm.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Senior Associate Solicitor in the employment sector will need to be 6 PQE +.

You will need to have strong employment law experience, in particular in the areas below:

Senior executive exits
General advisory
Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment)
Redundancy

You will need to be a UK and Wales qualified solicitor.
