We enjoy working collaboratively and can offer a safe space for professional development and training.
  • In your role, you'll work as part of a team to deliver the Hampshire Suicide Prevention Action Plan, building and maintaining our strong working relationships with partners across our two Integrated Care Systems (ICSs); Frimley ICS and Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICS. You'll work closely with a range of partners including People with Living Experience, the community and voluntary sector, and statutory partners across health and social care, to prevent self-harm, suicides and support people impacted and affected by suicides across Hampshire. • Outcome focussed: Prioritising our work based on evidence, effectiveness and value for money to improve quality outcomes and prevent ill health.
  • Sustainable: Being futurefocussed. Creating lasting change in local systems and communities. Developing our work through a climate change lens to achieve health and climate benefits.
