Position:


The Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.


Essential Functions:


  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers;
  • Meet or exceed established goals by consistently exceeding service expectations, while demonstrating a positive and helpful attitude;
  • Respond promptly to all customer inquiries or concerns;
  • Ensure that accounts are satisfied with the products and services provided;
  • Respond to sales calls and provide information to prospective customers;
  • Maintain current product knowledge;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor;
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or GED preferred; College Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of successful business development experience.
  • Valid Newcastle upon Tyne Driver's License with reliable transportation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with a diverse group of individuals.

Salary:
£26,451.00-£30,862.00 per year
