The MSS Market Data Services is a SSO that looks after the management of market data services & invoice reconciliations that include real time prices, news and commentary, exchange data, broker data, analytics, research and company information for HSBC asa whole.

The team manages a global spend of ~$400 million per annum with 800+ market data providers and exchanges. Current Market Data user base is 20,000 across cutting across Global Businesses and Global Functions and includes Global Banking & Markets, GlobalAsset Management, Private Banking, Commercial Banking, RBWM, HOST and other Support Functions

We are currently seeking a professional to join our Property Fund Administrations team in the role of: Private Asset Administrator


The role will provide a professional, efficient and value add service to our Asset Management team based in Norwich to enhance the general administration function of the Real Estate Investments business.

You will be responsible for the delivery of variousday to day tasks and deliver these to the teams utilising excellent organisational and communication skills.

You will constantly seek ways to improve effectiveness and will be expected to partner with relevant Asset Managers to improve and develop ways ofworking.

This role is available on a hybrid working basis with quarterly travel to Norwich likely.

In this role, you will deal with and be exposed to:
Aged invoices/purchase orders
Job costings
New supplier onboarding
Supplier changes
Purchase order, change order and invoice resolutions
Quarterly property management fees
Bulk purchase orders


Required knowledge and experience:
Accounting knowledge
Practice experience beneficial
Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger Experience
Numerate and highly organised
Knowledge of YARDI is beneficial but not essential
