Description
Since 2002, MS Chilled Foods has been providing premium cuts of meats and cheeses. The business was founded on the principles of quality, integrity and service to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a reliable Credit Control Administrator.

You will undertake administrative tasks, collect and reconcile credit notes and invoices owed to the company as well as manage customer accounts.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls; take messages and redirect calls as required
  • Respond to client queries
  • Diary management, arrange appointments and deliveries
  • Create and uphold payment procedures and policies to ensure timely payment
  • Develop and retain customer relations
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Provide administrative support to finance team
  • Monitor debtor account balances
  • Ensure the team adhere to credit and collection procedures

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in this role or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
  • High attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise work loads
  • Sound financial knowledge

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £24,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dudley, DY2 9SA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- accounting: 1 year (preferred)

- credit control: 3 years (preferred)
