Description

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Sales Advisor to join our Suzuki dealership in Southend.

Managing and assisting with face to face and digital enquires to try and maximise sales potential whilst going above and beyond to provide a fantastic customer experience.

This position is offered on a
5-day, 42 hour working week, with a
£22,770 basic salary + commission, bonus and company car reporting to the Sales Manager.

Do I need experience?

Previous selling and influencing skills
A full UK driving licence
An ability to follow procedures, policies, and instructions.
A passion for providing first class customer service
An eagerness to learn and progress your career
Fantastic communication skills

Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a Sales Advisor you will be responsible for and not limited to:

Meeting individual and team-based sales targets
Guide customers through the whole purchase process, advising on extended warranty, accessories, and financial products
Adhere to industry rules and regulations regarding the sale of financial products and insurance
