Process and Procedures Apprentice


South West Norse represents the highly successful joint venture partnership between Norse Group and Devon County Council, providing a range of facilities management and contract services across the South West.


Due to our expanding team, we currently have a new opportunity for a Process and Procedures Apprentice to join our team at our South West Norse office in Exeter a full-time basis, completing a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.


The Role


As our Process and Procedures Apprentice you will provide efficient administrative duties to assist with the development of systems across South West Norse.

Supporting the Process and Procedures Manager, you will assist with developing, organising, and storing data, alongside reviewing and drafting processes and procedures to ensure systems and platforms work effectively.


Duties will include:

  • Gathering and reporting information for various functions in the business
  • Supporting employees with use of systems
  • Gathering data and creating documents to ensure compliance, service improvements and analysis

We are looking for you to display the following:


  • A minimum of two GCSE's (scoring 5 or above) in Mathematics and English or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a business administration role is desirable
  • Excellent time management able to work to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask with a focus on attention to detail.
