Early Career Teacher (ECT) or
Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) seeking an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment? If so, we have the perfect role for you

Key Responsibilities:_
Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that encourages student's growth and independence.
Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and provide ongoing assessments to monitor student progress.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including therapists, parents, and other support staff, to ensure a holistic approach to education and support.
Requirements:_
Relevant experience working with individuals with ASD is desirable but not essential.
A passion for supporting the learning and development of children with special educational needs.
Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of students.
A commitment to providing highquality education and support to students with ASD.
